Howard University invites applications for two tenure-track, assistant/associate professor positions to begin Fall 2010. Candidates are sought with a strong psychometrics/quantitative background and preferably with a specialization in clinical psychology, social psychology, or developmental psychology. Requirements: (1) Ph.D. in psychology (will consider ABD with Ph.D. imminent), (2) commitment to excellent teaching, and (3) research promise/accomplishment. Duties include undergraduate and graduate teaching, research, advising, mentoring students, and university service. Teaching responsibilities will include courses in the applicant's area of specialization as well as research methods and statistics courses at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
