When you visit the ESIN website, the system stores information on the IP address from which you accessed the Internet, the date and time, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site, the names of the files you accessed, the keywords you used to search the site, and the browser used to view our site.

Personal and professional information submitted to our minority scientist databank is stored in a secure database and restricted for use by registered users only. The biographies are compiled and remain accessible to members and affiliates. CVs submitted by users for review by employers are also accessible to all approved users of the site.

 

We do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to a third party without the consent of the subjects involved. In the application, you will have the option to restrict the viewing of your personal and professional information.

 

When inquiries are e-mailed to us, we store the question and the e-mail address information so that we can respond electronically. Unless otherwise required by statute, we do not identify publicly who sends questions or comments to our website.
