For Partners

ESIN Partners are organizational representatives who support the infrastructure and work of ESIN through a variety of means including providing grants, lending institutional resources for ESIN-sponsored activities or collaborating in the development of training and recruitment initiatives.  They see and understand that ESIN is an important part of a larger support infrastructure for early career investigators.

As with Scholars, Mentors, and Affiliates, membership as a Partner is not solely determined by the type of institutional or organizational affiliation but even more so the sincere interest in enhancing ESIN’s capacity to serve, train, and support its junior researchers.

Benefits

ESIN Partners gain access to a diverse network of scholars who may otherwise be difficult to reach.  Other benefits include:

  • The opportunity for Partners to work from within the ESIN network and present their own respective agendas for supporting  scholars of color and research intended to reduce or eliminate disparities in communities of color;
  • On-line, “home office” space on ESIN’s Virtual Campus, where Partners can search for and interact with scholars and deliver their own training curricula; and
  • A creative, collaborative long-term relationship with ESIN.

Excellent Scholarship is a Prerequisite for Social Change
